Sandy dreams

Today all the family went with me to Loulé for an appointment in an alternative therapist. At this moment what worries me more is my digest and its constantly laziness. I searched for an evening relaxed watching sculptures in the sand, It is funny the mixed up of the serious and the funny. 

Holidays in the last week

The holidays is dangerously approaching the end, and we agreed to spend more time in the beach. I am doing what I can to enjoy everysingle moment and forget other feelings, I confess that sometimes this is a big effort.

In the house

Today I took it easier, because yesterday I had a difficult digest, half night I was listening the belly rumbling. Today has been better. Probably this was the first day we really stayed all day at home. I needed to watch the Olympics :) Great to had the visit of the little Ines and family.

Medieval Festival

The weather is better, means less hot, even though this morning we went to Albandeira, also to spend some time with Rui Miguel and Susana and their families. In the evening we went in a trip to the medieval times, we went to Silves and its fair. It was great to be part of the Arabic spirit. Olivia in the end of the night decided to come home with antie Leta and grandparents leaving us alone in the festa :)

Olympics 2012

We spent the morning in the Benagil, Justyna loves this beach, essentially for its coffee shop, she loves the ritual of drinking a Galão and reading a book witnessing the sea and its colour. In the afternoon we drop Olivia in Daniel's school, in that way we could do something that we wanted for a while, we did half way of the the Seven Hanging Valleys Walk, from Marinha Beach until Benagil, next time will be the rest. This adventures always helps us to find another good day, sometimes we need to do something, run for it.

Lastly, just to say that the beach season has finished for me, now on I will be hooked to the television and to the Olympics.

Reflective day

The day was very calm, and to be honest very fullfill. Less hot, more refreshing for the thoughts. I have been a bit down, the fact that I have been often looking for bed is a symptom of my sad feelings. I started my holidays very positively, but in the last days the feelings of depression has been around and taking over.
Today I tried to do something for myself, we did a nice walk, and even meditation.

Slower and shorter days

The days are slowing down, there is no commitments apart of upload a couple of pictures every day in my blog, the long statments are left to when I arrive back to London. We walked to the beach, we had a Summer meal, after, all had a sleep, So even if we slowed down the day seemed shorter, difficult to understand. There was only a try in the World of painting, but I am not in the spirit, holidays are holidays. 

Familia Assunção

Our friends Veena ad Krishna went to Lisbon, we still do not know if they are coming back to Algarve, we miss them but we know that they are in very good hands, friendly hands.
The weather was coller today, we took advantage to have a day more orientend on the family, we visited my uncle Bentes and antie Catarina, as well as our cousines from Marinno side, great to see the little ones Rodrigo and Roben.
There was still time to pick up our passports, Olivia is very proud to have her first Portuguese passport, even with her own signature. At the same time it  looks like she definitely left behind the nappies, It was already time for this.

Food poisoning?

There was the morning to recover to Olivia and Justyna, they have been with belly pain and even Justyna was half day in the bed dizzy, but the afternoon all were recovered and we had a great time in the Benagil beach and in the carrosels 

Friends and friends

The heat is now stronger than ever, but also a sea of friends flowed our place cooling down the atmosphere, Great to have friends around.

Broken car

Today we had a big party, Daniela and Ana Rita come from Lisbon to join us. In the morning we found the car broken, the same with me, Sadly, I  feel the things out of control, I cannot believe with what I see whenever I look myself in the mirror. It is good to have friends here, to forget the destiny and accept everything.

Copper business

For the first time in the last year I was left without a chance to write the day lines of my blog. All this because of the copper stillers, often this happens leaving everyone down here without comunications.

Blogging forever

In holidays has been hard for me to keep going my blog, it is the lazziness and the lack of things happening. Since tonight we have our Londoner friends, Veena and Krisha visiting us here.

 

Busy over the table

Today we had Dani with us, it means Olivia entretained all day, and of course we also had a family meeting. With this I am going already in two lines :)

Passport

Finally the Sueste has arrived, the water is storming but also more warm, To be honest today I did not go to the beach, I was tired. I just went to Lagoa to sort out mine and Olivia´s Passport, It was funny to see Olivia signing her own passport.
I would like to have just half of the Dani´s energies, he goes from the Sun until the Moon, non stopping.

Super Tia

After few years Super Tia and his super glasses are back to the most posh Portuguese beaches, In fact the Vogue, high class glass only suitable for Super Anties arises my selfestime, Shame I  borrowed the Sun glasses only for a day. Today Olivia spent the afternoon with Daniel in his nursery. I think Olivia need to be very brave to want to go for a new enviroment, with new kids and teachers. In that way me and Justyna for the first time enjoyed alone the beach in Armacao de Pera, The weather is hotter, the water is cooler, perfect.

Praia do Carvalho

Me and Neil had our biggest adventure so far, we dived from the rock to the Sea in Praia do Carvalho, the most difficult it was to stand the frezzing water until the shore. It was good time together with Neil in the family, shame he went back to London already.

Today, we also had a lovelly evening with the visit of my cousine Julieta and Ana. The weather looks that is getting hotter.

Douradinha

Olivia loves all this days with Daniel, they went to the beach, always playing and tonight they even went to the fanfair. Today, I also had a great time tasting uma Douradinha, my friend Sergio should be jealous by now. Last days I have been tired, the sugars are keeping high.
